Frequently Asked Questions

Can you give me a price?
We can rarely issue a price over the phone, but we will arrange at your convenience, for one of surveyors to come and visit your property and we will then be able to provide you with a quotation.

Does your quotation include liability cover?
Yes each removal is automatically covered for £50,000 of effects. We offer increased cover should your require this.

Can you provide a packing service?
Yes we provide a full packing service or we can provide the materials necessary for our clients to pack themselves.

Where do you get your staff from?
All our staff are full time, fully trained in house, or by BAR training centres. We do not use jobcentres to source any of our staff.

What happens with the materials after the job?
We take a security deposit of £3 per box which is held until all boxes are returned or collected, in good condition. All materials are re-used until they are re-cycled.

What size is the van?
We have a fleet of seven vehicles ranging from a small 3.5 Tonne up to an 18 Tonne. A combination of vehicles will cover all different moving requirements.

How do we pay?
Methods of payment are: Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or BAC’s.
